Banana Nectarine Smoothie
Hello…I’m back from a very busy weekend. We started out traveling 200 miles to Seattle to see the King Tut exhibit (Amazing!), traveled North to see my Step-Daughter for Dinner (Yay!), then traveled back home another 200 miles to spend some time with more of the family here. We then traveled 80 miles to visit my father/mother-in-law with the rest of the family…stayed overnight to get the guys off golfing…swimming with the kids….a wonderful lunch…and back home again with sister/brother-in-law and niece. Now sitting and enjoying a glass of wine (written in evening) =)
Soooo, I’ve got a super quick and easy recipe for you today!
Banana Nectarine Smoothie
The ingredients are simple…
throw in a banana (or two), some nectarines and a bit of soy milk. Blend it all together in your blender…if you need to thicken it up a bit, either add some ice or more banana….and there you go! A super duper easy but deliciously sweet (and healthy) smoothie!
If you want an extra protein kick…vanilla protein powder makes a great addition to this recipe =)
