Fruit Parfait Cups

OK- football season may be over but I never got my “Seahawks Snacks” up before the season ended too soon, lol!  So I renamed these little gems, Fruit Parfait Cups so you guys wouldn’t ignore them as apparently, not everyone is a Seahawks Fan!  We are the loudest fans though – make note 🙂

Now these fruit parfait cups can be made for just about any occasion and can be customized to your favorite team colors rather easily 😉

Not only are they easy, they are pretty low fat and much healthier than other snacks!

An easy and healthy fruit snack
  • Phyllo Dough
  • 8 oz. low fat cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • Fresh Fruit for Topping
  1. Either buy phyllo dough cups ready made or cut your dough and bake in mini muffin tins to form cups.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, yogurt and syrup together in a bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture into Phyllo Cups.
  4. Top with fruit of choice.
