Healthier Fudge the Whole Family Will LOVE!

You know when you see a recipe that you just HAVE to try AND you have everything you need to make it?  How often does that happen?  Almost never for me, but this morning, my foodie friend – The Binomial Baker,  posted a recipe for Healthy Fudge that called my name!  I did have everything I needed but my kiddos don’t care for Chocolate and Peanut Butter together (crazy I know) so I had to come up with a substitution.  Lucky for me, it worked wonderfully and we were enjoying our own version of healthy fudge in just about 20 minutes time.  YES… It’s really that easy!

Healthier Fudge the Whole Family Will LOVE!
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 24

A easy and healthy fudge done in 20 minutes
  • ½ Cup Coconut Oil
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup plus 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 3 TBSP Low Fat Cream Cheese

  1. Microwave Coconut Oil for about 1 minute until it is liquified.
  2. Stir in Honey and Cream Cheese.
  3. Wisk until smooth (microwave additional if need to soften cream cheese).
  4. Wisk in cocoa powder until smooth and brownie batter consistency.
  5. Pour into 9×9 or 7×11 pan lined with wax paper.
  6. Place in freezer for 15 minutes until set.
  7. Peel from wax paper and cut into bite size peices.
