Teriyaki Tofu Wontons with Sriracha Green Beans
Yesterday, I posted my Spicy Teriyaki Tofu recipe. Well, I planned ahead and made plenty of extra for experimenting with. Day 2 was Teriyaki Tofu Wontons with Sriracha Green Beans. Full of bold flavors and different textures…this is definitely a meal we would eat over and over again! I am continually shocked at how delicious healthy can be =)
Teriyaki Tofu Wontons with Sriracha Green Beans
Ingredients:

Broccoli Slaw
-
Green Onion
-
Bean Sprouts
-
Teriyaki Sauce
-
Sriracha Sauce
Toss your ingredients together into a bowl. Add extra Teriyaki and Sriracha Sauce for your taste.
Spoon into wonton wrapper and seal (wet edges and fold over, press to seal)
Bake or pan fry wontons.
To bake: spritz with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (approx 15 minutes)
To prepare green beans: Saute in pan over medium heat until cooked to desired crispness. Add Sriracha Sauce to your taste and toss beans until coated.
