Vegan Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
Vegan Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
I love a good dip, and this one is so versitile, you have to try it!
Rich and Creamy. That is how I would describe this vegan jalapeno artichoke dip. I came up with this recipe while looking for a “spread” for our paninis, but found it is awesome as a dip too. It can even be thinned out with soy milk and used as a dressing for salads or pastas!
Mix all Ingredients in heat safe dish:
1 Jar Marinated Artichokes (diced into small pieces)
2 TBSP Diced Canned Jalepenos (adjust according to your taste)
1 Cup Diaya Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Nutritional yeast (powdered or small flakes)
1/2 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise or Vegan Sour Cream
1 Clove Diced Garlic (or 1 tsp powder)
I just pop mine into the microwave and heat as needed for dips, french bread spread, or pasta. Use it cold for paninis, sandwiches or salads.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

This looks yummy and very boyfriend friendly!
