I Want That: Ravioli Maker

Ravioli.  It’s something that we have fallen in love with since starting our Vegetarian journey.  Butternut Ravioli with Rosemary and Sage, a sprinkle of Parmesan.  YUM.  However, we either have to go out to one of our favorite local restaurants, Casa Mia, or buy ready-made Ravioli in the refrigerated section of the market.

So on my wish list is a Ravioli Maker, I just can’t decide what route I should take.  I have a Kitchen-Aid and could get the Ravioli Attachment:

That might make things super easy.  It seems like the logical choice.

OR…. I could go with a more cost-effective “Stamp” like this one:

Then there are separate manual devices like this one that might be just as easy:

So many choices… How do I decide?  If you have any feedback I would love to hear it!!! Leave me a comment below please 🙂
