Nespresso Starbucks Copycat Soy Coconut Mocha Frappuccino

One of my summertime favorites on a hot day is a Starbucks Frappuccino.  I especially love the Coconut Mocha Frapppuccino…simply because anything that has chocolate and coconut is a winner in my book!  Since I bought my Nespresso Pixie Espresso Machine, I have been experimenting with healthier, low sugar options.  This drink was so good, I just had to share the recipe with you!
Nespresso Starbucks Copycat
Soy Coconut Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 1 Cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 1 TBSP Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut (found in bulk section)
  • Double Shot Espresso

Nespresso Pixie

Put it all into a blender and mix until ice is fine and frothy.
